Wishlist

Love these items. I'm already thinking about some Christmas looks but don't really know if I want to dress up or not. So I searched for some formal dresses and blouses and more casual pieces. Do you already know what you're going to wear? xx

It's leather trousers time again

Haven't worn a pair of leather trousers for a looong time. This morning I thought it was about time to take them out of my closet and put them on. I paired it with a pink silk dress with black sleeves, a leather jacket, a tedda overcoat, some patent leather booties and a black hat. (And my hair suddenly  looked kinda yellow in these shots, I know…) Just came back from the cinema, we went to see the Hunger Games and it was ok. Have you seen it? xx

Whistles autumn winter campaign

Love these images of the Whistles autumn winter lookbook. The brand creates beautifully crafted products. Those wide legged, checked trousers are just perfect. Gosh I love that fluffy cable knit a lot as well! Wish we had found a bundle of money underneath a loose floorboard in our new house so I could go wild and buy everything.... A girl can dream right! xx

Minty greens and plaid

Wearing my new docs. They are really comfortable and easy to wear due to their black color. It was surprisingly cold today and I regretted my decision to not bring a scarf, but I survived ;) How is the weather over there? xx

Weekly: hat matter

What are you looking at?
Different photos of me wearing a beanie. Mart got me another beanie last week and while looking at my collection of beanies I figured I almost never post photos wearing them. So I went browsing through the outfits I showed on my blog and I saw that I, apart from my hat collection, just showed two beanies. Coming winter I will try to show more different ones because I have a lot more to choose from. xx

Bloomingville

Recently I came across the Danish interior brand Bloomingville. I just love their items! It's a quirky mix of vintage inspired items and items with a minimal approach. Many of these items would be perfect for your Christmas wishlist or you could just buy them yourself. What about these wooden houses, the square sushi plates and I wouldn't say no to this copper diamond shaped lamp either. How cute are their vases, for instance the geometric white onethe porcelain gun or a little colored one. When our home is finished and it's time to decorate, I'll definitely buy some Bloomingville items! xx

Meet Coralie

Say hi to my new Dr. Martens Coralie boots. Have been looking for a new pair for a while but didn't know which ones to buy. For about two years ago I bought a violet pair with yellow stitches but they turned out quite difficult to wear because of the strange color ;) So this time I decided to go for an all black pair, a quilted pair that is! Do you like Dr. Martens? Have a good weekend! xx

On my way to the UvA

This morning before taking the train to Amsterdam to the University. Unfortunately we (the people in Holland) aren't blessed with good weather, it rains a lot lately. So I just had to put on a beanie and walk to the train station. I need some time to get used to the colder weather and I'm still doubting whether I need to pull my gloves out of their hiding place or not yet. xx

Oona welcome days

Went to the Oona Welcome days last Wednesday. They had set up a temporarily showroom at the Gerhard Hofland gallery. Everything looked beautiful, loved the clean white walls and fish bone wooden floor. The River Island collection was looking good, I really like those slippers in the second photo and hope that they will come in another color (I don't like the golden straps). The Essentiel collection in the first photo looked beautiful as always! What about the very sexy sheer lingerie ;) xx

Interior inspiration

I just love searching for home inspiration. I mean how amazing are these homes! I love both clean minimalism and some oriental influences in a home. Our new home is slowly starting to get some shape and I can tell you we have used gallons of white paint, lots of wood and a lot stainless steel! xx

Jumpsuit in grey melange + discountcode

Love my new OnePiece jumpsuit! A few weeks ago I was contacted by one of the founders of the brand OnePiece with the question if I wanted to try one of their onesies. How could I refuse an offer like that!

OnePiece is a brand founded by the three Norwegian friends Thomas, Knut and Henrik. On a sunday morning in 2007 they shared ideas about what the perfect relax outfit would look like. This resulted in the first onesie that consisted out a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants sewed together. OnePiece was one of the first (if not the first) brands to produce the oversized, all-in-one hooded sweatsuits in soft, thick cotton fleece. Nowadays it's a serious business and the onesies are being sold internationally. It probably didn't escaped your notice that onesies are everywhere (just scroll through your instafeed and you will definitely see some onesies). The OnePiece jumpsuits are very popular by celebrities like Carly Rae, Natasha Beddingfield, Perez Hilton, Ed Westwick (yes Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl) and Pixie Geldof.

So I chose the beautiful Rocky onesie grey melange. Love the fit, and the fabric is really soft! The onesie has long sleeves and a zipper closure on the back and is produced in a sturdy grey melange fabric. It's perfect for those early mornings where you just can't seem to leave your bed. And what about those late evenings when the only thing you want is to relax and chill on the couch.

If you are also in need of some serious comfy homewear, or want to add another onesie to your collection you should visit the OnePiece website! If you decide to buy something I have a discountcode especially for you! By entering the code 'HERITAGEMODE' you will receive a wonderful 20% discount on your purchase. This code is valid until November the 24th. Make sure you check out the website and see what amazing stuff they stock! Have fun shopping! xx

Press days at Cream PR and Coebergh PR

The above photos were made at the Coebergh PR showroom. Like I told you before, I especially loved the Edwin Oudshoorn items because they were unbelievably detailed! The showroom looked very cozy and was beautifully decorated as always.

These four shots are from the newest collections that are represented in the Cream PR showroom. Love the leather Laimböck gloves and the Fashionology collection is always great of course! Thanks for having me! xx

Got rid of some old shoes and bought these new patent leather booties. Tomorrow my mother and I will visit the Julemarked in Amsterdam, it's a Scandinavian Christmas market. I'm curious to see what kinda product we can buy, I guess lots of food. xx
